Timer Triggers fire at wrong time.

On some systems Timer, Periodic and Sunrise/Sunset triggers may not occur at the correct time. The timers fire erratically either one hour early or one hour late. This is a problem with the detection of the time zone (GMT or BST). It can be solved by downloading the updated DLL and copying it to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory.

• Stop the Home Automation Service from the services dialogue (Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services/Home Automation)
• Download the updated LifetimeUtils.dll and save it to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory.
• Restart the Home Automation Service.
