The easiest way to test communications with the CM12 is to select
"Interface/Clear" from the menus within the client. The log window should then
display "EEPROM memory clear initiated" followed by "Download to EEPROM
Completed"
.
If you only get the 1st message displayed check your communication port
settings. Be sure to restart the HomeLife Server following any changes to the
communication settings. You can manually restart the HomeLife Server via the
services dialogue (Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services/Home
Automation).
